Iran is not the team with the least qualifications for the FIFA world cup, to the surprise of many. Despite being in a group with England and Wales and the USA, they do not have the least qualifications. This will be their sixth-ever qualification and third consecutive qualification to the world cup finals when they make their trip to Qatar in November 2022, across the gulf.
Although they have six possible qualifications out of a possible 22, they have never made it into the knockouts, and that is something they will be looking to change this winter. Having gained valuable experience after qualifying consecutively, the Iranian team will be hoping to exploit their past e experiences to make themselves a contender for the knockouts, despite the group they are in.

They have a history of having kits that have been hits and misses, with some kits being loved by fans across the world and some being hated by their own fans. The revolution that has been seen in kits will only continue, as fans from around the globe like kits that are good-looking and want to wear them to different places like pubs and cafes and when they want to have a kick about with their friends.
They have done something that isn’t common in the current day concerning their kits. The kits are being provided by a local Iranian brand, which is impressive and inspiring and will provide hope to other local brands in different parts of the world who can maybe sponsor their national team in the future.
The kits in design are average at best and could do with a revamp since they appear to be designed by a student. There is no inspiration or use of textures and no attempt to make it a fashion statement for the national team. It is a kit which is designed as if it was to be used in the 1960s.
The white kit is dominated by the colour with usage green and red across one side and the shoulders to symbolise the national flag. The same is the case with the red kit, which is dominated by the colour, and white and green are used in splashes on the sides to symbolize the national flag. The symmetry of the logo and the emblem is common and the same as many other nations, opposite and in the chest region.
