The USA are one of the most successful nations in the CONCACAF. They are one of the earliest nations to have competed in the early FIFA world cup editions, and, in the inaugural tournament, they made it to the semi-finals. Their record at the FIFA world cup is pretty good, having qualified 11 out of 22 times.
Despite the number of appearances, they have made, they have only ever reached the quarter-finals except in the tournament back in 1930. They are set to co-host the tournament, in 2026 and they will be hoping by the time they are ready to host, they are ready to challenge the top nations to keep the trophy in the states as winners. They have won 7 gold cups, the second most in history, but they still long for the FIFA world cup.
USA Team FIFA World Cup Kit
The revolution that has been seen in kits will only continue, as fans from around the globe like kits that are good-looking and want to wear them to different places like pubs and cafes and when they want to have a kick about with their friends. Nike is the kit manufacturer for the USA, and, the emblem of the American FA is on the opposite side of the Nike logo, and this is the case for both sets of jerseys.
Their two kits are in stark contrast to each other in every possible context and imaginable way possible. The white kit is sleek, and impressive, and speaks of character. The blue kit seems like it was designed for the men’s and women’s teams to wear something to the beach on their trip to Qatar.
The white kit is dominated by the colour, with the emblem of the American FA at the centre and just below the collar of the jersey. The Nike logo is on the sleeves and the outside instead of in the middle of the jersey. The blue and red stripe across the sleeves above the logo adds colour to the impressive white kit.
The blue kit is hysterical. The kit seems like they are trying to depict the oceans that they are surrounded by, and is a mockery of how great kits are supposed to be, have been, and are meant to be. The emblem retains its place below the collar, but the design itself is just splotches of different shades of blue.
